What is the “ride-hail weighted” mock?

Ride-hail weighted is a practice bias in this app: paper length and pass lines follow the published combined-test shape, but Part A knowledge items prefer ride-hailing operations — useful if you are revising for ride-hail-related permits and want more of those items under timed conditions.

What stays the same?

Part A still about 20 knowledge / 9 places / 1 route (30 items; practice pass ≥25).
Part B still 35 items (practice pass ≥30).
Combined mock still 65 items / about 45 minutes, Part A then Part B; both must clear for a practice “pass”.
Mock results are not written into the study wrong-pool (same as other exam mocks).

What changes?

Only the draw preference: the 20 Part A knowledge items are taken from ride-hailing-related stems first; if that pool runs short, other knowledge items fill the rest. Place and route items stay random — not weighted.

Who is it for?

You mainly revise for ride-hailing-related qualifications and worry that taxi-only notes skip platforms, fleets and permits.
You want more ride-hail ops items inside a timed combined mock without changing paper length.

If you mainly want the published shape for taxi practice feel, pick the standard combined mock.

How to open it in the app

Open the Exam tab → tap Combined mock.
In the confirm sheet, choose Ride-hail weighted (minutes shown on the button).
The result screen labels the paper as ride-hail weighted so you can tell it apart from a standard mock.

Important

This weighting is not an official Transport Department draw ratio. The live combined paper can test both taxi and ride-hailing operations; the real mix is decided at the test centre. An in-app “pass” only reflects practice — it is not an official pass.
